Pharmacy Weight Loss Welshpool is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in the United Kingdom. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and comply with all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where clinical assessment indicates treatment is unsuitable or unsafe. Providing false or incomplete medical information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our registered prescriber following review of your health questionnaire and any supporting information provided. Submission of a questionnaire or payment does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are valid only for the patient named and must not be shared or transferred. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances before placing repeat orders. Our prescribers may request additional information or decline to prescribe at any time without obligation.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
If a prescription is not issued following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days. We reserve the right to amend pricing with reasonable notice displayed on our website.
Once your order has been approved and your prescription issued by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive medications where required.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of prescription-only medicines and legal requirements.
If your order has not yet been reviewed, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days of your cancellation request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. Weight loss medications carry risks and potential side effects, which will be communicated to you as part of the consultation process. You should read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication.
In the event of a medical emergency, call 999 immediately. For non-emergency medical concerns, contact NHS 111 or your GP. We do not provide emergency medical advice or out-of-hours urgent clinical support.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
